Every new mom is recovering from her own unique birth experience and having a healthy and functional body and mind is important for handling all the new challenges she faces. In this workshop you will learn how yoga can help support a new mom both physically as well as emotionally.
We will cover:
-When to return to practice
-Tips for teaching postnatal and baby and me yoga
-Safe and effective core strengthening
-Benefits and contraindications
-C-section recovery
-Pelvic floor health (and dysfunction)
-Diastasis recti
-Stress reduction, dealing with change, finding balance and the need for self care.
When: Only available “one on one” through Skype, Facetime, Zoom etc. at this time due to Covid 19
