Really thrilled to be heading back to the Toronto Yoga Conference for the 3rd year in a row!

Yay! It is *such* an amazing conference!

I have presented many workshops there in previous years, but this year I have a light schedule and am just teaching 1 garden class Friday April 13th  from 12:30pm-1:30pm and I hope you’ll join me!
