We’ve only got one body and we want it to last, and we all want to feel our best. Healthy muscles, bones, and movement are key. I know you have heard me speak of this (often) but remember your posture and remember to keep that lumbar curve. Our pelvic floor muscles need to be “of a certain length”, and strong glutes and adductors are extremely important as too many kegels (and tucking the tail) pull the sacrum anteriorly so we need to balance it out with strong glutes.
And that means all of us (even men). Not only pre and post natal mom’s.
