*If you are a pregnant woman or a postpartum mom I can personally guarantee that you will learn all about safe and effective core work, rebuilding your body from the inside out, pelvic floor health, the importance of self-care during pregnancy, things that are safe and effective and helpful during your pregnancy and birth, contraindications, breathing practices that are safe and helpful, the mental and psychological benefits of yoga (in addition to the physical aspects of course), ways to modify postures, set the mood for your birth, what to pack in your birth bag, the importance of self care… and the list goes on.
While I teach hundreds of people at a time at conferences all the stuff in these workshops, with me here in Vancouver at my Mount Pleasant space I only take four people/students in total and that makes these trainings very special.
This is very rare and we are able to cover a TON of stuff. Intimate, comprehensive and open to anyone with a yoga practice. Also perfect for fitness instructors, body workers, pilates instructors, childbirth educators, midwives, doulas and nurses.
To register email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I take cash, e transfers, Pay Pal, all major credit cards and the course comes with a certificate and hrs can be applied to the Yoga Alliance (for the yoga teachers)
You only need to be a yoga practitioner (familiar with yoga) to take this course.
