Brand spankin’ new daytime class starts tomorrow at Mt.Pleasant! Yeeeaaahhh….:)

Looking forward to an additional Daytime Hatha Yoga class starting up at Mt.Pleasant tomorrow! There is now a class on Monday and Wednesday from 1230-2oopm. And there’s still room! (you can register or drop in for this class) http://www.mountpleasantcc.ca See ya there!
